Meetings to be held in the Athens City Hall, Burkett L. Witt Council Chambers Anyone with disabilities requiring special accommodation for the meeting should contact the ADA Coordinator at 423-744-2703. Any citizen wanting to address the council must sign-in before the start of session on the “Citizen Comment” sheet provided at the entrance to the Council Chambers.
